- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆One Star is being nice at this point... - They waited until the week of my closing to send me a list of things I had to get that would take more then a week to get from the people who held other loans I was differed on. - Would not answer my calls most of the time. Even if they just emailed me a question and I called to ask about it I had to call back 4 to 5 times to even get a response from them. - Underwriters did not file or do any of the paper work right I found when I switched a new loan company who was competent, and able to get the loan done and processed in two weeks when they had been working on it for 2 months and were unable to even get half way through the process. Do not work with these people! They have no clue what they are doing!By Gary Cooke, September 05, 2017
